ZK-400BL Banknote Strapping Machine

 

ZK-400BL, strap 10 packets (1,000pcs) banknotes into 1 bundle, with 3 bands plastic belt automatically. Tight and orderly strapped bundle not only avoid missing and loosening absolutely, but also convenient for transfer in Bank system.

 

Main Feature

1)   Fully automatic: strap the banknote bundle one long side and two short side bands synchronously.

2)   3 Strapping mode: select the best mode according to different needs.

           Mode 1, strap the banknote bundle 3 bands at the same time.

           Mode 2, strap the bundle two short side bands only.  

           Mode 3, strap the bundle one long side band only.

3)   LCD screen: clearly displays the operation process and failure when malfunction happens.

4)   Pre-press function: ensure successfully strapping old banknote.

5)   Strapping Pressure: strap notes under 500-1500kg adjusting pressure. Ensure the notes tight and orderly, there is no space to take our the notes. 

6)   External belt box: make it easy to replace the belt.
